Nope! As long as we can access the yard, you don’t need to be home. We’ll let you know once your yard is clean and secure.

We love making friends with your pups, and once they realize we’re cleaning the yard they usually get bored. However, safety comes first. We can discuss your dog’s temperament and see what works best.

Life happens! We’re flexible with notice. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll get you rescheduled without hassle.

You can. However, every pickup day may not be available in your area. We will do our best to accommodate what works best for your schedule. 

It depends on the severity of the weather. Light snow usually doesn’t affect service, but if conditions are unsafe or access to the yard is limited, we’ll reschedule your service for the next available date. Your safety, our team’s safety, and proper service always come first.

Yes — our tools, disposal methods, and deodorizing treatments are all pet-safe and eco-friendly.

Your pet’s health, safety, and well-being are our top priority, and our cleaning protocols are designed to keep your yard  and your pets as safe as possible.

We disinfect all tools between every yard we service using a kennel-grade disinfectant. Pet waste can carry bacteria, parasites, and viruses which can linger on surfaces if not properly handled. Thorough tool sanitation helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination between properties.

We will also take a picture of your closed gate and send it to you once your service is completed to ensure no pets escape.
