Non-Payment & Service Suspension
Invoices are due according to the payment terms outlined in your service agreement. If payment for any overdue invoice has not been received by your next scheduled service or pickup, NOCO Pet Pros reserves the right to pause, suspend, or terminate services until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Services will not resume until all past-due invoices and any applicable fees have been paid. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services provided prior to the suspension or termination of service.
NOCO Pet Pros reserves the right to refuse future service for accounts with repeated late or non-payment.
Property Access
As our client, you are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to your yard during each scheduled service. If we are unable to complete a cleanup due to locked gates, blocked access, unsafe conditions, or other access-related issues, the scheduled visit may still be charged.
Client Responsibilities
Please notify NOCO Pet Pros as soon as possible if there are any changes to the number of pets in your household or any other changes that may affect your service. Keeping your account information current helps us provide the best possible service.
Weather & Service Delays
Northern Colorado weather can occasionally make it unsafe or impossible to perform scheduled cleanups. In the event of severe weather or hazardous conditions, service may be delayed. We will return to service your yard as soon as conditions safely allow.
Temporary Service Pauses
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for an extended period due to travel, illness, or other circumstances, please contact us 24 hours before your scheduled service if you would like to temporarily pause or reschedule. Advance notice helps us adjust your service schedule accordingly. Failure to notify NOCO Pet Pros within 24 hours of your scheduled service could result in the visit still being charged.
Pricing & Service Changes
Service fees and promotional pricing may change from time to time. If pricing changes affect your account, NOCO Pet Pros will provide at least two (2) weeks advance notice.
Liability
NOCO Pet Pros is not liable for damage to yards, gates, landscaping, pets, or other property while providing services, except where required by applicable law.
Service Cancellation
Either you or NOCO Pet Pros may cancel service at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding account balance must be paid within fifteen (15) days of the cancellation date.
Name & Likeness / Media Release
By engaging the services of NOCO Pet Pros, you grant permission for NOCO Pet Pros to take photographs and/or videos of your pet(s) during the course of providing services. You understand and agree that these images or recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising materials, and other public-facing platforms.
This permission includes the use of your pet’s name, likeness, and general information (such as breed or personality traits), but will not include your personal identifying information unless you provide explicit consent. NOCO Pet Pros will always strive to represent pets respectfully and positively.

The information 970-900-6851 obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 1 SMS message per week regarding your service or account status.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
